Solar car competition was held at Yeouido riverside park in Seoul on 17th October.
The competition was co-sponsored by ABEEK and Hanwha Chemical, a leading global solar company in Korea.
40 teams from 22 universities advanced to the finals. The competition was targeted to create interests in solar technology, to promote the innovative design, communication and team work capability and to eventually educate engineers needed by the solar industries.
